O-rings and seals tested for: Hardness (Shore A), Tensile Strength, Elongation at Break, Compression Set, Temperature Resistance, and Chemical Compatibility.
Quick couplings undergo connect/disconnect cycle testing. Pneumatic cylinders tested for minimum cycle life. Results documented per batch.
