Frequently Asked Questions

❓ What if my file is too large for email?

No problem — our upload form accepts files up to 50MB total. For larger files, you can split them or use the ZIP format. We also accept WeTransfer/Dropbox links in the description field.

❓ Can I upload multiple files for the same project?

Yes! Use your existing project number when re-uploading. All files will be stored in the same project folder. Just enter your JCT-CUST-XXXX-XXXX number in the form above.

❓ What if I only have a sketch or photo?

Upload it! We can work from hand sketches, reference photos, or even a description with rough dimensions. Our engineers will clarify any missing details during the review phase.

❓ Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We're happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing your drawings. Mention it in the description field and we'll send one over.
